Our platform includes a complete booking system, integrated competition solutions, streaming, memberships, easy payment system and everything in between. By using MATCHi, venues remain in control of the whole racket sports value chain. What about the players? Well, they have a whole racket sports world at their fingertips through the MATCHi app - allowing players to easily book courts and classes, become members, set up tournaments and connect with other players from across the globe. To be able to take the next step on our journey, we’re now looking for a Sales Manager-Denmark to play a vital role in MATCHi’s international expansion journey.
Your responsibilities
- MATCHi being one of the market leaders and the world's fastest growing platform for racket sports we continue with our zest to expand our global reach.In this role you will be responsible to continue building our sales business in Denmark ensuring the unit’s profitability and creating growth in the dedicated market.
- Having paved our way and setting foot in the Denmark region with a clear go-to-market strategy , this role will now require dedication and execution of the strategy in alignment with MATCHi’s expansion strategy.
- Be in charge of the entire Sales cycle from finding new as well as supporting existing customers following your set targets.
- Be the go-to person for the existing venues to improve their system knowledge.
- Focus on upselling MATCHi s products to existing customers which best suits their needs.
- Connect with and create a network around the racket sports community in your area.
- Evaluate the need for expanding the team and drive those hiring projects as the market grows.
- Collaborate with the Commercial team in the HQ in Gothenburg to learn from them, share your learnings contributing to overall growth efforts.
Who we are looking for:
- You are an experienced Commercial person who enjoys sales .
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset, meaning you enjoy working autonomously and consider yourself being self-driven, competitive, creative as well as structured at the same time.
- Background in leading a scale-up company’s Sales activities and a team.
- Knowledge within the tech and digital environment, such as Software-as-a-service.
- You are a quick learner with good business and technical acumen who enjoys learning new systems and tools which would help in enhancing MATCHi’s business in the region.
- Being passionate about racket sports (especially tennis ) and well connected in the community is a plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly - for the onboarding as well as joining other events and meetings in the Gothenburg HQ.
- You are fluent in Danish and English, Swedish is nice-to-have
